The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Gulzar Ahmed in a group photo with the delegation of Executive Council of Peshawar High Court Bar Association Peshawar in Supreme Court Islamabad today on 12.08.2021.
A 12 member delegation of Executive Council of Peshawar High Court Bar Association Peshawar, headed by its President Bahlool Khattak and comprising office bears called on the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Gulzar Ahmed in Supreme Court Islamabad today.
Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan welcomed the delegation and said that Bench and Bar are integral part of same system, therefore both should work hard for dispensation of justice so that aggrieved parties can get prompt relief. The delegation thanked the Hon’ble Chief Justice for sparing time for them and discussed the issues faced by them in dispensation of justice. They requested the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan for permanent bench of Supreme Court Registry at Peshawar and increase in number of Judges in Peshawar High Court, Peshawar, construction of model bar rooms, availability of books, computers, e-library connections etc.
The Hon’ble Chief Justice assured them to discuss the issues at relevant forum to resolve them and expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the delegation.
