This HRC case was registered by the order of HCJ. The complainant stated that Mr. Masood Ahmed Janjua,Chief Executive of various Business organizations was missing mysteriously since last five months. Thereafter,on the same issue severa complaints were also received,which are pending adjudication. Last time this case along with other connected cases came up for hearing on 03.05.2010 in which additiona Attorney General stated that since the commencement of commission no progress and no person could be recovered during the last four weeks. Secretary Foreign Affairs was directed to issue directive to al the Ambassadors to take effective measures to assist those Pakistani nationals who are in jails in different countries especially Middle East,Thai Land and Afghanistan. It was also directed that the issue of missing persons of La Masjid is to be dealt with by the commission.

This Const. Petition No.55/2007) Filed by Ejaz Muhammad Khan,AOR on behalf of Petitioner Namely Mst. Noor Bibi was primarily returned to the AOR being not entertainable by the orders of worthy Registrar,against which the AOR filed C.M.Apea 32/2007 which came for hearing of the court whereby the office objections were set aside and the const. Petition file by the AOR was ordered to be registered.

This HRC case was registered by the order of HCJ. The complainant stated that his son namely Mustafa Azam is missing Since 13.09.2006. Thereafter,on the same issue severa complaints were also received,which are pending adjudication. Last time this case along with other connected cases came up for hearing on 03.05.2010 in which additiona Attorney General stated that since the commencement of commission no progress and no person could be recovered during the last four weeks. Secretary Foreign Affairs was directed to issue directive to al the Ambassadors to take effective measures to assist those Pakistani nationals who are in jails in different countries especially Middle East,Thai Land and Afghanistan. In this HRC recovery of missing Saeed Menga was requested. Thereafter,on the same issue severa complaints were also received,which are pending adjudication. Last time this case along with other connected cases came up for hearing on 03.05.2010 in which additiona Attorney General stated that since the commencement of commission no progress and no person could be recovered during the last four weeks. Missing Person

This Civi Misc. Application along with list of Missing Person was filed in Const. Petition No.05/2007 by M.S.Khattak,AOR on behalf of Petitioner Namely Human Rights Commission of Pakistan through its secretary Generall.

This Civi Misc. Application was filed on 16.10.2009 and registered as CMA No.4420/2009. In this CMA the AOR for the petitioner also submitted a consolidated list of Missing Persons traced out and number of persons stil missing with Province-Wise break up. Out of 99 persons stil not traced out,one namely Dr. Safdar Sarki R/o 405-West Jakson street,Elcampo,Texas 77437,USA was shown at Sr. No.99,who was arrested on 24.02.2006 from his flat at Karachi.
