Qualification/Experience/Mode of Appointment:

(i) Law Degree with 3 years experience and proficiency in MS Word including access to search engines/legal databases
(ii) On contract for one (01) year terminable on one month’s notice.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. Appointment on contract basis shall be made on the standard terms and conditions provided in the Estacode read with Supreme Court Establishment Service Rules, 2015.


2. The appointee will be governed by the Supreme Court Establishment Service Rules, 2015.


3. The candidate shall be a citizen of Pakistan.


4. The incumbent will be entitled to salary package of BPS-17 along with other allowances as admissible to his/her class of officers of Supreme Court of Pakistan.


5. The appointee should be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the discharge of his/her duties.


6. The appointment will be subject to verification of character and antecedents.


7. The appointment will be subject to being found fit for Government service by the Medical Board for Federal Government Servants.


8. He/She will be liable to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
