DELEGATION OF LAWYERS FROM BALUCHISTAN CALLS ON HCJP
A 04 member delegation of lawyers headed by Mr. Munir Ahmad Khan Kakkar Member Pakistan Bar Council and comprising Mr. Qasim Ali Gajizai Vice Chairman Baclushitan Bar Council, Mr. M. Ayub Tareen Chairman Executive Committee Baluchistan Bar Council and Mr. Rahib Buladee Member Baluchistan Bar Council called on the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Gulzar Ahmed in Supreme Court Islamabad today.
Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan welcomed the delegation and said that without assistance of Bar, the purpose of dispensation of justice cannot be served as Bench and Bar are integral part of same system, therefore both should work hard for dispensation of justice so that aggrieved parties can get prompt relief
His lordship shared his experience with them. They thanked the Hon’ble Chief Justice for sparing time for them and discussed different issues relating to smooth functioning of the justice system. The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan assured them to take up the issues at proper and relevant forum to get them resolved.
