Born on 26th of March 1957 in Chakwal; Completed early education from Government High School and Government Degree College Chakwal; Obtained a law degree from the University Law College in the year 1980; Enrolled as Advocate in 1981 where after joined a Doctoral Program in Public International Law at the University of Amsterdam and completed collateral programs in International Law & International Relations at the Institute of Social Studies,The Hague in the year 1985; Started law practice in the year 1986;
